Processing
(bevelling) of patterned glass is possible for glasses with a shallow relief,
both on the side of the applied pattern and on the smooth side. Most patterned
glasses do not have a “front side”, and glass can be used in accordance with
the wishes of the client. The main colors of the patterned glass are yellow,
bronze and colorless.
Bevelling of Glass |
The assortment
that companies represent on the world market includes hundreds of types of
patterned glass from world-famous manufacturers. Here are just a few of them.
Swarovski - a
crystal name that caresses the ear of any fashionista - is not only related to
the world of personal beauty. Inimitable Swarovski crystals are increasingly
used in interior decoration, furniture, and lighting, even in the manufacture
of plumbing. And this is understandable, for the desire for brilliance and luxury
in man is indestructible. And Swarovski crystal rhinestones are at the peak of
popularity for more than a hundred years.
Satin Glass |
Bevels. Faceted
glass elements (facets, bevels) are made of 5 mm flat glass with a faceted
(angled) edge 1.5 mm thick. A thin outer edge allows you to perfectly connect
bevels with a lead stained glass ribbon and a colored self-adhesive stained
glass film.
Some types of
rolled patterned glass may be frosted to form frosted patterned glass. This can
be achieved by sandblasting, or by using the oxidation process (the so-called
satin and decorated glass).
Satin is the
glass from 4 to 10 mm, made on the basis of float glass: colorless, bronze or
gray. Decorative glass is the etched glass with a specific pattern.
